Processing Times

Ready-to-wear orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation, subject to stock availability.

Bespoke commissions are dispatched only after completion, final fitting approval where applicable, and receipt of the final 15% payment. Timelines are agreed at consultation and confirmed in your commission schedule.

Domestic (Nigeria)

Domestic deliveries within Nigeria are fulfilled via trusted courier partners. Estimated transit is 2–5 business days for major cities and 3–7 business days for other locations, depending on destination and service level.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Complimentary domestic shipping may apply above stated order thresholds when promoted on the site.

Clients in Abuja may arrange studio collection by appointment where offered.

International

We ship ready-to-wear and completed bespoke commissions worldwide where logistics permit. Estimated international transit is 7–21 business days depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier service.

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the Client’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.

The Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local delivery restrictions in the destination country.

Final Payment Before Dispatch

Bespoke pieces are released for dispatch only after the final 15% instalment is paid in full. Partial payments do not qualify for shipping.

If you require staggered collection or holding at the atelier, please discuss arrangements in advance.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided by email or through your account once the order or commission is dispatched. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.

Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, public holidays, courier backlogs, or fabric sourcing for bespoke work. We will communicate material delays as soon as we are aware of them.

The Atelier is not liable for courier or customs delays beyond our reasonable control once goods are handed to the carrier.
