Refund & Return Policy
At Yadah Ahfreekah, we take great care in crafting every piece with precision and excellence. To maintain our high standards, our Return and Exchange Policy is as follows:
Custom-Made & Bridal Pieces:
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom-made and bridal pieces.
- To ensure a perfect fit, we provide multiple fitting sessions and design reviews within the agreed design scope and payment terms.
- We are committed to working closely with you until you are fully satisfied with your outfit.
Order Cancellation for Custom & Bridal Pieces
- Custom or bridal orders can only be canceled before our team starts working on them.
- If eligible for cancellation, please allow 14 working days for the refund to be processed.
- Custom and bridal orders must be picked up on the allocated date, with a grace period of one month. After this period, storage fees may apply.
Ready-to-Wear Collection:
- Items in their original, unused condition with tags attached may be eligible for store credit or an exchange if returned within:
- 24 hours (for customers within Abuja)
- 48 hours (for customers outside Abuja)
- Returns must be made to our designated location, with all logistics costs borne by the customer.
Refunds & Exchanges for Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged item, kindly notify us within 3 hours of delivery with clear video evidence.
- We highly recommend recording a video while unboxing to ensure any issues are properly documented.
- Eligible claims will be processed for exchange or refund, which may take up to 7 business days to complete.
Important Notes:
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
- Delivery charges are only refundable for faulty items.
- Please allow 5 business days for refund processing on defective items.
- Items left unclaimed for more than 3 months will be donated to charity.
- For international orders, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
